1.1 How do I place an order?

You may place an order from our website shop.bicycleworkshop.com 24 hours/day 7 days/week. You may navigate to any product, select any options if options are available, then click the 'Add To Cart' button. If you are finished shopping, proceed to the shopping cart, review all products in your cart, then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to proceed to checkout.

We accept phone orders and you may call and request assistance with placing an order online at any time - simply call 201-568-9372 and we can take orders during our normal shop hours.

1.2 How do I track my order?
  1. Open the shipping confirmation email and click the 'Track Package' button.
  2. You may check the status of your order any time by logging into your account on our website. You should then see your order history page where you can click any order number to view it's details. If your order has shipped, you will find the tracking information there.
