RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

We offer a 30-day return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy. Item must be in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it. For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Item must be in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it. Bikes and frames are only available for store credit, however, everything else can be returned for a full refund.


If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund/exchange right away.


If the item exceeds the 30-day return limit but is still brand new, unused with full retail packaging we can offer store credit. We will not be able to issue a refund after 30 days. Anything past a year will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
